PointBack saves locations locally on your iPhone and helps you return using live distance, a compass arrow, or a route in Apple Maps.

Describe what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Please do not send exact saved coordinates, home addresses, or other sensitive location information.
Location is unavailable
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Select Privacy & Security, then Location Services.
- Select PointBack and choose While Using the App.
- Keep Precise Location enabled for an accurate saved point.
Quick Park saved the wrong spot
Right after a Quick Park save, an Undo action is available for a few seconds; using it restores your previous parking spot when one exists. Your earlier parking spot is also never deleted automatically — it moves to history, and you can make it the active parking spot again from its row or detail screen.
The direction arrow is calibrating
Move outdoors when possible and gently move the iPhone in a figure-eight. Nearby vehicles, steel structures, and parking garages can temporarily affect compass accuracy.
A saved point looks inaccurate
GPS accuracy varies with satellite visibility and nearby structures. For the best result, wait briefly for a clear fix before leaving the location. You can delete an inaccurate point and save it again.
Managing saved data
Edit or delete any place inside PointBack. Removing PointBack from the iPhone removes its local app container. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
